Our History
Accounting is our essence and passion.
Each achievement of our clients inspires us because we believe that we are part of those victories. Our commitment and involvement must achieve the expectation of our clients and reflect on positive results. We unite energy with technique, always with research and study. In that way we have built our company in the past four decades: a lot of work, responsibility, technical knowledge, and evolution.
Our history started in 1981, and through the years, we have formed a team of approximately 80 people in different sectors of our business. Each member of our team has the fundamental abilities to provide services with excellence to our clients. We are always attentive to technological and technical innovations in our area of expertise. We strongly believe that scientific and human evolution must be part of our daily activities. Our team must be synchronized with market innovations.

At the age of 17, I gave the first steps to create a business that I knew would be promising. I rented a small commercial space, and with donated equipment, I started to build Orsitec. I faced challenges initially due to the lack of capital, but I worked hard to prove that Orsitec would be a business that the clients could have confidence in our work. The secret was not being fearful of the challenges and being focused on accomplishing work with quality.
When we have professional goals, it is possible to know if our work helps achieve our objectives. I believe that the continuity of a business depends on the behavior of who is commanding it. The market must recognize you, and you must transmit confidence and respect to everyone.
At Orsitec, everybody is important, and I have always transmitted to my partners the responsibility of maintaining the business prospering because we have a great commitment to our team members’ families. Today’s Orsitec is full of new ideas for the future. We are studying new services; we are implementing new management tools, we are evolving and seeking to be kepping ourselves updated with the changes in our area of expertise. After all, we want to contribute to the development of our clients and the whole society.

Our Leaders
Everything started with our founder, José Carlos, who always offered opportunities and recognized our team’s work. It was in that way that it was formed the current group, with six partners. José’s values and teachings, in that way, are being upheld and multiplied.
José Carlos
Accountant and business administrator, and post-graduated in tax analysis. He was a member of the Superior Council of ACIF (Commercial and Industrial Association of Florianópolis); he was also a member of AEMFLO (Business Association of Florianópolis Metropolitan Area) and of CRCSC (Santa Catrina’s Regional Council of Accounting ). José was president of Figueirense Futebol Clube.

Accountant and Post-Graduate in Quality Management of Accounting and Controllership Services.
MONIQUE ANDRADE NUNES
Accountant and Post Graduate in Business Controllership.
CLÉVERSON LUIZ FIGUEIREDO
Accountant. He was a counselor and treasurer of AFLOV (Florianópolis Associaton of Volunteers).
GISLAINE APARECIDA BOLSONI LEAL DE SOUZA
Accountant and Counselor of the Regional Accounting Council of the State of Santa Catarina.
RENAN CESAR DE QUADROS
Accountant and Post Graduate in Tax Management.
